- Graduated as an officer in Qatar Emiri Land Forces.
- He moved in to the Air Force and was qualified as an Air Control Officer.
- A member of the founding committee of Ahmed Bin Muhammad Military College in 1996.
- Graduated from the Command and Staff College in Australia in 2003.
- He served in the Military Attaché’s office at Central Command in Tampa, Florida (USA) in 2004.
- Obtained a master's degree in Management and Strategic Studies from the Royal Jordanian National Defense College in 2014.
- He attended a number of specialized courses held in Qatar, USA, UK and Australia, during his prolonged military service.
- Supervised many external exercises for officer candidates, in several countries, including Greece, Mongolia and UK, during his work at Ahmed bin Muhammad Military College.
- Commander of the Qatar Armed Forces Training Institute - 2016.
- Commander of the Officers Training Institute at the Authority of Colleges and Institutes - 2017.
- Commander of the Ahmed bin Muhammad Military College - 2018.
- Member of the Supreme Council of Colleges and Institutes - 2019.
- Commander of Joaan bin Jassim Joint Command and Staff College - May 08, 2019.
- On April 28, 2022, he was appointed as the President of the Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies.
