H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al-Nabet, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, delivered a lecture entitled: (Most Prominent Challenges Facing the Armed Forces & Future Vision) at Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies, within the curriculum of National Defense Course No. (5) for participants from senior employees of ministries & security entities in the country.

H. E. addressed, during the lecture, the latest regional and international challenges facing national security, ways of assessing and facing them, and the role of the armed forces in enhancing national security. A discussion on the main points addressed by the Chief of Staff took place after the lecture.
