To preserve sovereignty and independence of the state, not only a military dimension of acquisition and accumulation of military sources of power needs to be taken in to consideration, but it requires the power of diplomacy, the power to access information and the power of the economy as well, therefore the course curriculum covers all strategic elements of power. <br \/>This study plan is based on an Inter-displinary approach in line with contemporary trends in academic programmes and research, which are inclined towards synthesizing knowledge in the interpretation of human and social phenomena. This approach stems from the principle of the unity of knowledge and the methodology of cognitive integration which goes beyond a narrowed and isolated view of specialization.
