Scientific Research at the Joaan Bin Jassim Academy for Defence Studies. He is a Professor of Public Administration and Strategic Management at the Faculty of Business, Mutah University, in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. His academic and leadership career spans nearly three decades across university education, military and security education, and public policy development.<\/p><p>He holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Jordan, and a PhD in Strategic Management from Cairo University. He was promoted to the rank of Professor in 2019.<\/p><p>At Mutah University, he has held several leadership positions. He served as Dean and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business, Head of the Department of Public Administration, Director of the Entrepreneurship Centre, and Director of the Department of Strategies and Initiatives, which he helped establish. He also served as Head of the Strategic Studies Department at the Royal Jordanian National Defence College, and as Director of the Centre for Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation at Al-Baha University in Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as Academic Advisor to the Ministry of Defence, State of Qatar, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Jerash University in Jordan.<\/p><p>In quality assurance and institutional development, he has chaired quality assurance and academic accreditation committees for Jordan's Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission for Higher Education Institutions. He was a member of the Jordanian Government Administrative Reform Team and the National Entrepreneurship Team. He also served on the Academic Council of the Administrative Modernisation Project at the King Abdullah II Centre for Excellence.<\/p><p>He has taught at several academic, military and security institutions, including Mutah University, the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College, the Royal Jordanian National Defence College, the Royal Police Academy, and the Joaan Bin Jassim Academy for Defence Studies. His courses include research methodology, strategic management and strategic leadership, and he has developed the curricula for these courses. He designed the PhD programme in Strategic Management at Mutah University and the Master's programme in Administrative and Security Strategies.<\/p><p>His research focuses on strategic management, public policy, decision-making and governance. He has published more than forty articles in peer-reviewed journals, as well as two peer-reviewed books on human resources and organisational behaviour.
