The Joaan Bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies hosted His Excellency Mr. Kadir Özkayalı, President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Turkey. He was welcomed by Brigadier General (Dr.) Rajeh Mohammed Aqeel Al-Nabet, Acting President of the Academy, along with His Excellency Mr. Mustafa Koksu, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to the State of Qatar, and a number of senior officers from the Academy.

During the visit, a lecture was delivered to the participants of National Defense Course No. (5), consisting of senior officials from government ministries, institutions, and security agencies. His Excellency Mr. Kadir Özkayalı discussed the role of the Constitutional Court in the Turkish judicial system and the constitutional development in Turkey as a driving force for the state's national goals.

Following the lecture, a discussion took place on the key points raised by the esteemed guest speaker.
