Under the patronage of H. E. Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani, Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of State for Defense Affairs, and in the presence of H. E. Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Jassim bin Mohammed Al Mannai, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces, Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies organized a seminar titled “Energy Security and Maritime Security in the Middle East and Future Geostrategic Challenges.”

The seminar featured a series of lectures delivered by experts from the Academy, as well as national, regional, and international academic and institutional specialists, with the aim of shedding light on the growing challenges facing energy and maritime security in the Middle East.

The event was attended by a number of senior commanders and officers of Qatar Armed Forces.
