On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, Joaan Bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies hosted a delegation from the People's Republic of Bangladesh, headed by General Rashid Amin, President of the Bangladesh Defence College. 

The delegation was received in the guest hall of the academic building, where they were welcomed by the Commandant of the National Defense College, Brigadier General Abdulhadi Mohammed Triheeb Al-Naifih Al-Hajri. The visit was also attended by a number of senior officers and academy instructors
