Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency the Chief of Staff of the Qatari Armed Forces Staff Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Jassim Bin Mohammad Al- Mannaei and the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Chief of Staff for Education Staff Maj. Gen. (Pilot) Salem Abdullah Al-Dosari.

On Thursday, June 25, 2026 the 2nd Annual Forum ceremony for the National Defense College Graduates was held at the Academy Headquarters, which strengthen the cognitive and professional partnership between the graduates of the National Defence College courses and the 6th National Defence course. The forum was attended by an elite of graduates, military commands and civilian leadership, and officials from various state ministries and government agencies, with the aim of exchanging experiences and strengthening professional relationships and discussing the most important aspects that can contribute effectively and directly to achieving the college's vision in the defense course.

The Forum included the following events:
An opening speech: delivered by Mohammad Rashid Al-Merri, one of the students of the current National defense course (National Defence course No. (6)).
The National Defence college commander’s speech: delivered by Staff Brig. Salmeen Mesfer Al-Hajri, emphasizing the need to sustain communication among graduates as a fundamental pillar for promoting strategic and security thinking among the graduates of the National Defense College.
- Guest Speakers Session: This session featured an elite of prominent speakers, all are graduates of previous courses. The speakers are: His excellency the advisor/ Abdul-Aziz Bin Thani Bin Khalid Al-Thani: The Advisor to the Chairman's Office of the Qatar Media Corporation. Retired Brig. Gen. (Eng. Air) Dr. Ali Saeed Al-Shuaibi. Mrs. Kholoud Saif Al-Khubaisi: The Executive Director of the Workers' Support and Insurance Fund.Dr. Aisha Jassim Al-Kowari: Member Board of Directors of the Qatar Leadership Centre.

The forum was ended by the speech of Brig. Gen. (Dr.) Rajih Muhammad Bin Aqeel Al-Nabit the president of Joaan Bin Jassim Academy for Defence Studies expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the guests of the forum, and to all participants and attendees for their fruitful interaction.
