The Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defence Studies received His Excellency Mr. Oliver Owcza Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Doha, on Wednesday, 10/12/2025. He was received by Brigadier General (Dr.) Rajeh Mohammed bin Aqeel Al-Nabet, President of the Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defence Studies, in the presence of college commanders and a number of senior officers of the Academy.

During the visit, His Excellency delivered a lecture to the participants of the National Defence Course No. (6) entitled: “Foundations of German Security Policy and Its Contemporary Challenges.”
