Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies received Major General Khamis Mubarak Khamis Zamel Al-Kuwari, Chairman of the Financial Affairs Authority, on Sunday February 1st 2026.

The reception was attended by Brigadier General (Dr.) Rajeh Mohammed bin Aqeel Al Nabet, President of the Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies, along with the college commanders and a number of senior officers at the academy.

During the visit, His Excellency delivered a lecture to the participants of National Defense Course No. (6) titled: “Budget Preparation / Ministry of Defense.”
