Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies received His Excellency General Bektair Ersay, Commander of the First Army of the Turkish Land Forces, on Sunday February 1st 2026.

The reception was attended by Brigadier General (Dr.) Rajeh Mohammed bin Aqeel Al Nabet, President of the Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies, along with the college commanders and a number of senior officers at the academy.

During the visit, His Excellency delivered a lecture to the participants of National Defense Course No. (6) titled: “Lessons Learned from the Armenia–Azerbaijan War.”
